Making change.
The two biggest words ever!
So many peopel fear change but I welcome it with open arms. With change, there would still be slaves. Without change, we wouldn’t have super small fast working cellphones or computers, or color TV.
Someone was brave enough to say, “Black and white TV is so yesterday. We need to make some changes and bring about the color TV.”
Someone was brave enough to say, “It’s time to change the way we treat human beings. It’s time to change the way we look at them, treat them, talk to them.”
Change is beautiful. Even the bad change. My brother’s death was a very sad change in my life but it become beautiful at the end. I now live in a great state, with amazing friends, close relationships with my family, and a wonderful job.
Of course, sometimes we have to push our self to make the change. Which is what I am doing right now.
I’m not happy with the relationships I have right now with some people and even if I know that I still love them, I can’t keep being who I am in the relationship. It’s time to take a step back and remove myself from that relationship. I know it is going to be hard because this person is a great friend, they really are, but it’s time to move on.
Change is good. Try it sometimes.
